About Us
It was in the wee hours of a sleepless night that the brilliant idea struck Shauna-Gaye. She imagined capturing vivid images all around her little island home of Jamaica—images showcasing the plethora of beauty she saw in her mind’s eye—and converting them into puzzles. The love for her island and her love for puzzling in the perfect marriage. Puzzles by SG was born.
Working alongside local photographers, the puzzles feature original images inspired by the rich culture of Jamaica and the Caribbean. Puzzles by SG is specially curated to give you a beautiful, vivid and vibrant art piece that can be framed after completion.
Each puzzle is made with sturdy, textured pieces to ensure a seamless fit and comes with a full-size poster—just in case you may need a little extra help. It is elegantly packaged to look right at home on your coffee table or bookshelf.
Puzzles are currently available in 100, 250, 300, 500 and 1000 pieces with new images and sizes regularly being added to expand the product offerings.

Where are your puzzles available?
We sell directly to our customers right here on our website and we have partnered with select stores in Jamaica, including:

What's the best way to do a puzzle?
There’s no right or wrong way, just YOUR way! Enjoy the process!!
What age group will enjoy these puzzles?
Anyone from age 7 to 100! Or older! Children under 3 should not play with our products as the pieces present as choking hazards.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, or bank deposits to First Global Bank based in Jamaica.
How can I check on my order?
Once your order has been placed and payment made, you will receive an email confirmation within two days to let you know it has shipped. The email will contain a tracking link and your tracking number.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We’re sorry to hear that! Email us at [email protected] and we’ll check what stage the order is in and see what we can do to best assist.
What is your return policy?
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with shrink wrap intact and in the original packaging.
To return your product for a refund, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with our ship to address.
Shipping costs will be borne by you and we must receive the item in the same condition in which it was shipped. We suggest making sure the item is packaged in the original shipping box with padding to ensure safe delivery to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it will take for the returned product to reach us will vary depending on where it is coming from and which mail service you choose.
We suggest using tracking on your return postage as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Do you ship internationally?

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred, before placing your order. We do not collect these beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of cost, because it varies widely from country to country
