Anyone from age 7 to 100! Or older! Children under 3 should not play with our products as the pieces present as choking hazards.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, or bank deposits to First Global Bank based in Jamaica.
Once your order has been placed and payment made, you will receive an email confirmation within two days to let you know it has shipped. The email will contain a tracking link and your tracking number.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with shrink wrap intact and in the original packaging.
To return your product for a refund, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with our ship to address.
Shipping costs will be borne by you and we must receive the item in the same condition in which it was shipped. We suggest making sure the item is packaged in the original shipping box with padding to ensure safe delivery to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it will take for the returned product to reach us will vary depending on where it is coming from and which mail service you choose.
We suggest using tracking on your return postage as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred, before placing your order. We do not collect these beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of cost, because it varies widely from country to country
